  1. Transactions will be carried out in £s GBP Pounds Sterling.
  2. Your contract with us
    An order placed with us means you are making an offer to buy goods. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you confirming the availability of the goods and acceptance of your order. This confirms that a contract has been made between us. No payment will be taken from you until we have accepted your order. If we believe the order to be fraudulent we reserve the right to decline the order. If for any reason the goods are no longer available we may offer to supply you with substitute goods. If these are not acceptable then the contract between us will be deemed void.
  3. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion.
    An order does not form a contract until accepted by us. Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given conditionally upon our being able to secure the necessary materials, and without responsibility for delays arising through certainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control. We reserve the right to decline any transaction for any reason.
  4. Delivery.
    You must provide us with an address where the goods can be received and signed for and a contact telephone number. The courier will make up to three attempts to deliver the goods before returning them to us. If they leave a card it is your responsibility to contact the courier and arrange collection or redelivery within 5 days. If the goods are damaged in transit please let us know in writing immediately or before 7 days. Any extra cost involved due to no fault of ours will be bourn by the customer.
  5. Cancellation and returns.

    This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel: any item with customisation or personalisation. You can cancel your contract for all other non personalised goods at any time prior to the goods being despatched. To do this, please e-mail, you must ensure your e-mail is acknowledged by us for it to be valid. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, any explanatory information will help us in improving our services. If you cancel goods after we have despatched them to you, then you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If returned goods are in any way damaged we reserve the right to charge you in full, as the goods will be deemed un-sellable and will be made available for your collection at your cost. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described. Please ensure any e-mail is acknowledged by us. If in any doubt write to us using recorded mail.

  6. Frauds or attempted frauds will be dealt with severely - we will always report it and take necessary action.
  7. Goods remain the property of 19-60 until full and final payment is received.
  8. Customs duty
    Customers are responsible for any customs duties payable, where applicable.
  9. Changes
    We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions without warning.
