This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel: any item with customisation or personalisation. You can cancel your contract for all other non personalised goods at any time prior to the goods being despatched. To do this, please e-mail, you must ensure your e-mail is acknowledged by us for it to be valid. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, any explanatory information will help us in improving our services. If you cancel goods after we have despatched them to you, then you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If returned goods are in any way damaged we reserve the right to charge you in full, as the goods will be deemed un-sellable and will be made available for your collection at your cost.
